Your dispatch email includes a tracking link when your order ships. Open that link to view the latest carrier updates.
Before dispatch
Orders are prepared within 3 business days at our main warehouse in Jordan. A tracking number may be created before the carrier accepts the parcel; transit begins after dispatch.
After dispatch
Prepared within 3 business days, then 10–15 business days in transit. Carrier scans may not update every day. Use the link in your dispatch email for the latest information.
Need help finding your parcel?
If you cannot find the dispatch email or need assistance, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout. Avoid sharing order details in a public comment.
If delivery takes longer
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will open an investigation and resolution process. This threshold does not limit any rights that apply sooner.
Delivered, but not found?
Check the delivery location and ask household members whether they accepted the parcel. Contact us if it is still missing so we can review the carrier information and help you take the next step.
