Registered business address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This is not a fulfillment or returns address. Orders ship from Jordan. Contact: info@faynanbeauty.com.

Using the store

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase and provide accurate order and contact information. Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, payment fraud, disruption or misuse of another person’s information.

Orders, prices and payment

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We may reject or cancel an order for a reasonable, lawful reason, including suspected fraud, unavailable stock or an obvious material pricing error. We will notify you and refund amounts collected for a canceled order. We will not impose an increased price without your agreement. Prices are in USD unless clearly stated otherwise. Charges and taxes we collect are disclosed before payment. Applicable import charges assessed separately are the recipient’s responsibility. Use an authorized payment method offered at checkout.

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment. Cancellation may not be possible after dispatch. Delivery estimates start after dispatch and do not include preparation time. Mandatory cancellation, return and refund rights remain applicable.

Product use

Use products according to their directions and cautions. FAYNAN products are cosmetics, not medical treatments. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and contact us with any product safety concern. Natural batch variation does not excuse a defective, unsafe or materially misdescribed product.

Content and reviews

Our branding, text and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Do not reproduce them for commercial use without permission or imply an authorized partnership. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Do not include private information about others. Our Review Policy explains moderation and disclosures. Permission to reuse customer content in marketing is requested separately.

Shopify and personal information

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes information when you visit and purchase. Information is shared with Shopify and service providers and may be processed in other countries. Shopify commerce services can include features based on interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. Our Privacy Policy describes this processing and available choices.

Availability and legal protections

We may correct errors or suspend functionality for maintenance or security. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Wyoming law to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and applicable rights to bring a claim remain unaffected. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful. Changes apply prospectively where permitted and do not remove rights arising from an earlier purchase.
