What is jojoba oil?
Jojoba oil is pressed from the seeds of the jojoba shrub (Simmondsia chinensis). Technically it is a liquid wax rather than a true oil, which gives it its light, silky feel. FAYNAN Pure Jojoba Oil is a single ingredient, with nothing added.
Can I use it on my face?
Yes. Press two or three drops onto clean skin, morning or evening, avoiding the eye area. Test on a small area first if your skin is sensitive.
How do I use it on hair?
Smooth one or two drops through dry ends as a finish, or apply a few drops to dry hair before the wash and shampoo after 20–30 minutes.
Why has it turned cloudy?
Jojoba can turn cloudy or thicken in cool temperatures. It clears again at room temperature, and this does not affect the oil.
Where does my order ship from?
From our main warehouse in Jordan. Processing takes 3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Prepared within 3 business days, then 10–15 business days in transit. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after dispatch, contact us for investigation and resolution.
