01 — BLEND
Add 1–2 drops to a teaspoon (5 mL) of a carrier oil, such as Pure Date Seed Oil. Never apply undiluted.
02 — BEFORE THE WASH
Massage the blend gently into dry scalp and hair. Rest 20–30 minutes, then shampoo.
03 — IN YOUR SHAMPOO
Add one drop to a single portion of shampoo in your palm, for a fresh herbal scent.
04 — IN THE ROOM
Add a few drops to a diffuser, following its instructions.
