01 — FACE BLEND
Add one drop to a teaspoon (5 mL) of a face oil, such as Pure Pomegranate Seed Oil. Press onto clean skin in the evening.
02 — BODY BLEND
Add 1–2 drops to a teaspoon of a carrier oil, such as Pure Date Seed Oil, and smooth over damp skin.
03 — IN THE ROOM
Add a few drops to a diffuser, following its instructions.

What is turmeric essential oil?
A concentrated aromatic oil distilled from the root of turmeric (Curcuma longa). It is a single ingredient, and it must always be diluted in a carrier oil before it touches skin.
How do I dilute it?
For the face, one drop per teaspoon (5 mL) of carrier oil. For the body, one to two drops per teaspoon. Mix well, and test the blend on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Not for use on children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or under medical care, ask a healthcare professional before use. Keep away from the eyes, and stop using it if irritation occurs.
Can it stain?
Turmeric is naturally golden-yellow. Use the diluted blend sparingly and keep it away from light fabrics and towels until absorbed.
