Frankincense is the fragrant resin of the Boswellia tree, long traded along the incense routes of the Arabian Peninsula. FAYNAN Frankincense Essential Oil is steam-distilled from that resin: a concentrated, warm oil to blend into your own ritual.

Always diluted. Four steps.

01 — FACE BLEND

Add one drop to a teaspoon (5 mL) of carrier oil, such as Pure Jojoba Oil. Press onto clean skin in the evening.

02 — BODY BLEND

Add two or three drops to a tablespoon (15 mL) of carrier oil. Smooth over damp skin after bathing.

03 — THE ROOM

Add a few drops to a diffuser, following its instructions.

04 — TEST FIRST

Test the diluted blend on a small area of skin and wait 24 hours. Never apply undiluted.

What is frankincense essential oil?

A concentrated essential oil, steam-distilled from the resin of the Boswellia tree. FAYNAN Frankincense Essential Oil is a single ingredient, with nothing added, and it must always be diluted.

How much should I use?

One drop in a teaspoon (5 mL) of carrier oil for the face, or two to three drops in a tablespoon (15 mL) for the body. More is not better.

Can I apply it directly to my skin?

No. It is a concentrate. Always blend it into a carrier oil first, and keep it away from the eyes. Not for use on children.

How is it different from Rosemary Essential Oil?

Rosemary Essential Oil is fresh and herbal, made to be blended into your pre-wash hair ritual. Frankincense is warm and resinous, made to be blended into face and body oils, or used in the room.
